PAYMENT POLICIES
Spring and Summer Trips
A non-refundable deposit of $25 per person per day of activity is required when you make your reservation. Your balance is due 30 days before the date of your trip.

Fall Gauley Trips
Gauley trip payments are due when the reservation is made. This payment includes a non-refundable deposit of $50 per person per day of activity.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by us more than 30 days prior to the trip date will receive a full refund less the deposit. For all trips, activities and lodging, cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to the trip will receive a rain check equal to thevalue of all payments made, less the deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing by mail (Wildwater Expeditions PO Box 155, Lansing, WV 25862), E-Mail (wvaraft-at-wvaraft.com) or fax (304.658.4008). Group Leader share responsible for their party's payments. No shows on the day of the trip will not receive any reimbursement.

PRIVACY POLICY
Wildwater's email forms ("Join the Wildwater Club", "Wildwater Contact" & "Wildwater Reservations") require users to provide contact information (like their name and email address). We use these forms to send you information about Wildwater Expeditions via email or postal mail. The Wildwater Club is an opt-in list that our visitors may use to hear about Wildwater news. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see instructions when you receive an email). None of this information is made public or sold to a third party.
